HON.MIKE MUKULA & HON. ANITA AMONG HAVE CAPACITY TO TRANSLATE VISION INTO REALITY:
Do u know those whom you serve & serve with? Really know them?. Do u know that Hon. Anita Among is naturally aleader & has a secret heart that cares for every Ugandan & that lights her up when she sees the vulnerable suffering? Do u know that Hon. Dr. Flight Captain Mike Mukula has a heart that stands with people both in times of joy & sorrow?
Without fear or contradiction let me give an existing example to prove the enemies of progress wrong, i remember early 2000 during the time of LRA insurgency, rebels had killed people in Soroti municipality by then around Otucopi, Ogacia cell, Hon. Mike Mukula being an MP by then intervened in the scene, people were even trying to stop him.
But to the surprise of everyone at that time, as a true patriot or leader he insisted & visited the scene which turned into a painful moment for him, especially when he saw the dead bodies, he broke down (apiar akiyo keda akaan), he even carried the dead bodies with his naked hands without gloves.
This is atrue undressed fact am saying, not even Jesus Christ can denay coz its a reality, it’s not sugar coated.
Mark you, am not saying other leaders are bad but am just talking about Hon. Dr. Flight Captain Mike Mukula & Hon. Anita Among as an example of good leaders coz i can’t list all the names of good leaders, but we have many of them besides Dr. Flight Captain Mike Mukula & Speaker Anita Among.
So my brothers & sisters love belongs in leadership & the way we can show-up in love as a leader, are endless. It simply means we infuse real. Raw emotions into the relationship, and we see each person as an individual, unique and worthy of our time & love. When leaders get this right, they get leadership right.
I’m not talking about romance love, though. I’m referring to the kind of love where you genuinely care for a nother human being especially the people u serve as a leader and their well-being. This is often missing in the workplace. And sadly, in leadership.
So in my conclusion, when you talk about Hon. Dr. Captain Mike Mukula & Speaker Anita Among, these two are positive leaders who stay grounded in ethical values & use a human grouth mindset. They are fixed & flexible at the same. Never straight from ethics but always willing to change with the time.
