First & foremost, I want to express my deep appreciation to Speaker of Parliament of Uganda Rt. Hon. Anita Among in guiding our nation towards progress & prosperity. Her commitment to the welfare of our citizens is truly commendable.
She has always had in the back of her mind principles of effective communication, audience, engagement & impact delivery & this is a declaration of the speaker’s commitment to share knowledge & ideas with clarity, passion & sincerity aiming to connect with listeners & create lasting impact.
As we have been observing her parliamentary sessions, you will notice that she believes in the power of spoken word to transform, inspire, & unite. She speaks from the heart, sharing her genuine experience & perspectives. She is not afraid to be vulnerable & to connect with her audience or members of parliament on a human level.
So the bone to chew here is Hon. Anita Among strives for clear & concise language, making her message accessible & easy to understand during parliamentary sessions. She avoids jargon & technical terms that might confuse the members of parliament.
She is a speaker who recognizes the power of stories to engage & connect with members of parliament. She weaves narratives that are relatable, memorable, impactful & she is an active listener, attentive to her members of parliament reactions & adapting her message accordingly. Believe me is it’s difficult to find a dedicated speaker, but talking about Hon. Anita Among you will observe that she is dedicated to practicing her delivery & refining her message. She understands that preparation is key to creating a compelling & persuasive presentation.
In my point of view, those who have never had an opportunity to watch parliamentary sessions, kindly sacrifice time & watch because you will confirm that what am theoretically saying here is true & you will practically notice that she speaks with passion & enthusiasm, conveying her belief in the message she delivers. Her energy & conviction is contagious. Inspiring her audience to engage & take action.
Ladies & gentlemen, in the world we are, respect means a lot. So when you talk about inclusivity & respect, Hon. Anita Among is mindful of diverse backgrounds & perspectives, she speaks with respect & inclusivity. She creates an environment where everyone feels valued & heard.

In my conclusion , i can say the Bukedea God sent speaker believes that speaking the truth & speaking joy is more powerful than simply speaking truth or joy. She strives to share her message with authenticity & bring positive energy to her presentations.
